Elizabeth Walters, Principal Architect, specializes in tailored design solutions rooted in client collaboration and efficient use of space, for both residential and commercial projects. For 21 years she has designed, analyzed, and drafted a variety of projects, ranging from 70,000 square foot churches, to simple room additions, and everything in between. She graduated with a
BFA in Interior Design, with a minor in Architecture, at the University of Houston’s Honor’s College, with highest distinctions - University Honor’s, Honor’s in Interior Design, Magna Cum Laude. Out of a graduating class of thousands of students, Elizabeth was 1 of 12 that achieved this level of honors. She's gone on to continue her education, taking multiple master's level structural engineering classes at San Diego State University. Rarely do you meet someone who not only understands the architectural aspects of a project, but also the interior design needs, and even the structural requirements.
Jerid Walters brings over 30 years of structural engineering consulting, drafting, and construction expertise, specializing in the construction details and "nuts and bolts" of projects, allowing for seamless building solutions. For years he worked on sites, swinging hammers and building houses, with his own contractor's license. After completing a B.S. in Civil Engineering at San Diego State University, now he designs a variety of structures, working hand in hand with the architect and client, crafting custom solutions and details. His knowledge in the field allows him to calculate and design practical solutions that eliminate costly issues during the construction phase.
